NICER observation list: Target ID 673612

Abstract

We here propose a TOO program to characterize X-ray sources spatially coincident with high-energy astrophysical neutrino events broadcasted by IceCube to identify their electromagnetic counterparts. The program involves a prompt observation of the brightest sources in the neutrino region of interested, followed by a second exposure on those that indicate signs of variability.
