Abstract:

NANTEN telescope discovered huge molecular loops in the galactic center region. The model that the huge loops is due to magnetic buoyancy caused by the Parkey instability is proposed. The loops size is 12 order of magnitude larger than the solar loops, but the physics would be common. X-ray emission from shock heated and/or accelerated particles would be expected at the foot point of the loops. We propose an X-ray observation at the foot point of the molecular loop with Suzaku and investigate the magnetic activity in the galactic scale.
