****************************************************** PR # 11 YY Gem is an eclipsing, double-line spectroscopic binary (P=0.81d) whichis very active in X-rays. We will study the spectrum of quiescent andpossibly flare X-rays; also, as eclipse in the visual is deep, we willsearch for X-ray eclipses (we do not request time critical observationssince eclipses last for ~1 ASCA orbit). YY Gem is also a component of the Castor system, consisting of a closevisual binary Castor A and B as well as YY Gem, A and B being about 70arcsec away (15 deg W of N) from YY Gem. A flare and possible quiescentX-rays (but could be UV contamination) was detected with EXOSAT; we willattempt to deconvolve the image, testing our understanding of the ASCA PSF. ******************************************************
