   PR #   131
   PG1407+265 is a radio-quiet QSO at redshift of 0.944. Since cosmic
   diffuseX-ray background should consist mostly of radio-quiet QSOs
   (moch more abundantthan radio loud ones), spectral sample would be
   very useful. Also ASCA can study whether iron emission line exists
   commonly in the spectrum of radio quietQSOs, such as shown for Seyfert
   galaxies with Ginga. This observation woulddemonstrate the ability of
   ASCA in studying energy spectra of faint sources.
