    Three exceptional gamma-ray bursters are known.They are characterized
    their softer spectrum and burst repetition in their active phase,ther
    efore classified as a special category,soft gamma-ray burst repeaters
    (SGRs).Radio observation revealed there is SNR G10.0-0.3 in the error
    region of  SGR1806-20. Moreover we had detected the persistent point 
    X-ray source and  the burst simultaneously with CGRO. This means the 
    most likely origin of the SGR is a young neutron star. It has already
    been pointed out that SGR0526-66, one of two other SGRs, is possibly 
    coincident with the SNR N49 in LMC. The recent ROSAT observation has 
    revealed there is an X-ray point source in  N49. To establish the    
    hypothesis that the origin of the SGR is a young neutron star,       
   SGR0526-66 is the best target.
