     >From ASCA observation of elliptical galaxies in Virgo cluster in PV        
     phase, two serious questions have occur. One is very low abundance of       
      hot halo of elliptical galaxies and the other is hard emission which       
      may be more extended than stars. The cause of these question may be        
     in galaxies themselves or may be environment effect by ICM. So we pro       
     pose to observe elliptical galaxy NGC1395 and determine temperature a       
     nd abundance of X-ray halo. NGC1395 is relatively isolated galaxy and
