The observation of J0217+0144 (0215+015) was made on 1998-Aug-03-+--2002-Jul-20
with HALCA and 5 ground radio-telescopes over a duration of 03:00 (hours:minutes).
Baselines to HALCA were not necessarily available for all of that time.
The survey code for this source is vs07r.
The observation was correlated at the Penticton/Mitaka correlator.
The source is classified as a BL Lac object object at a redshift of 1.715.
