The observation of J0825+0309 (0823+033) was made on 1999-Apr-28
with HALCA and 4 ground radio-telescopes over a duration of 03:30 (hours:minutes).
Baselines to HALCA were not necessarily available for all of that time.
The survey code for this source is vs05v.
The observation was correlated at the Penticton/Mitaka correlator.
The source is classified as a BL Lac object object at a redshift of 0.506$^{*}$.
