[ ] Copy the experiment VS09y.sum file and any additional note files to
    the job's working directory

[ ] Check VS09y.jb for correct parameters (sample rate etc.)
    Check default integration time.

[ ] Ensure that TCF file(s) (*.kcX) for tracking station 'GOLDS_TS' are in the
    job directory for time ranges (yymmddhhmm): 9712141830 to 9712142312.
    X - d==Goldstone; m==Madrid; t==Tidbinbilla; g==Greenbank; u==Usuda

[ ] Add reconstr-orbit binary spk file(s) (.bsp) to VS09y.egb -- look for ???
    Ensure these .bsp files are in the job directory and cover required
    tracking pass time ranges.

[ ] Check HARTRAO.st for correct parameters...modify if necessary.
    HARTRAO.ev files contain events for ALL channels...modification required
    if pulsar gating is used.  Comment .ev file reference if not required.
    Check pt_type and set Synthetic Autocorrelator parms for best result.

[ ] Add GPS clock offset model to station clock model file HARTRAO_c.smb.
    If station time is faster/leading GPS time then it is a (+)'ve delay.

[ ] Add constant station delay to station clock model file HARTRAO_c.smb.
    This must always be >= 0.0.

[ ] Add CALIBRATION and ANTENNA coefficients to HARTRAO.cal -- if required.

[ ] Check VSOP_SC.st for correct parameters...modify if necessary.
    VSOP_SC.ev files contain events for ALL channels...modification required
    if pulsar gating is used.
    Check pt_type and set Synthetic Autocorrelator parms for best result.

[ ] Add TCF FITS file references (*.kcX) to VSOP_SC_l.smb -- look for ??

    Ensure source coordinates are IDENTICAL to that in the VS09y.sum file.

[ ] Ensure that SOURCE '1213-172' is in ~/smdb/finblokq.dat or in finlocq.dat
    Ensure source coordinates are IDENTICAL to that in the VS09y.sum file.

[ ] Update file J1051-31.cal -- if necessary for cc2fits (source coordinates
    are automatically extracted from the VS09y.eg file).

[ ] Update file 1213-172.cal -- if necessary for cc2fits (source coordinates
    are automatically extracted from the VS09y.eg file).

[ ] Check to ensure that ~/smdb/finals.data is up-to-date for this obs.

[ ] When all above checks are complete and all auxillary TCF and bsp files
    are installed, run 'makeVS09y'.

[ ] Check 'models.out' for any model generation ERRORs or WARNINGs

[ ] 'makeVS09y' ran ok?

[ ] Edit 'cc2fits.control' for no archiving and run 'cc2fits' until
    BSD file catalogging starts -- to ensure job is FITS exportable.

[ ] Create job VS09y directory on geo (e.g. geod1/VS09y), copy 'cc2fits.control'
    and edit it in preparation for FITS export and raw data archive.

[ ] Job 'VS09y' is ready for correlation.
