Notes
-----

  The Sakigake datasets were published at NASA PDS Small Body Nodes.
  The activity to recover historical data at ISAS/JAXA started in 2016,
  and the Sakigake datasets were re-processed in 2016.
  In the future, we should submit these datasets to NASA PDS SBN.
